When will my Little Love Note be shipped?

Each Little Love Note is sent on the last business day of every month. No matter when you join, your letter will always be part of that month’s send off.

When will I receive my Little Love Note?

Letters are sent by regular post at the end of each month. Please allow up to 3 business days for UK delivery and up to 5 business days for international delivery.

Is postage included?

Yes, both UK and International subscription prices include postage.

When will I be billed?

Your subscription is billed on the same day each month as the day you first signed up. For example, if you joined on August 21st, your future payments will be on September 21st, October 21st, and so on.

Will I ever be double charged or miss a letter?

Never. Every payment always corresponds to one unique Little Love Note. Even if you sign up close to the end of the month, your billing and letters will always align, no overlaps, no skipped months.

Can I gift the subscription?

Yes! Enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout and they’ll receive their monthly love notes directly.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course. You can cancel anytime—just make sure to do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month’s letter.
